Pre-Show
WWE Women's Tag Team Championship
The Kabuki Warriors (Auska and Kairi Sane) defeated Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell to retain the women's tag team titles. The match was memorable for Hartwell as she returned to Australia after nearly six years, competing in the independent circuit and now in WWE. However, the result she wanted went differently than planned. She received a standing ovation from the crowd.
The Kabuki Warriors successfully defended their titles for the second time.
Preliminary matches
Women's Elimination Chamber
Becky Lynch won the event and will advance to WrestleMania 40 and challenge for the Women's World Championship. Lynch was the first competitor and stood tall against Naomi. Here is the order of precedence:

5 Raquel Rodriguez
6 Bianca Belair

1 Naomi by Stratton

NOTE:
Stratton was over with the crowd as well as social media. Many placed the claim as the most valuable player in the chamber. All superstars did an outstanding job to start the event.
Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship
The Judgment Day (Finn Balor and Damian Priest) defeated New Catch Republic (Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate) to retain the undisputed tag team titles.
Men's Elimination Chamber
Drew McIntyre won the men's elimination chamber but with assistance. Logan Paul laid victim to an RKO by Randy Orton. Orton would pin Paul to eliminate him. However, Paul stayed in the chamber. Just as Orton was about to win, Paul punched Orton with his brass knuckles. McIntyre rolled over and pinned Orton for the win.
Also, in the match, AJ Styles grabbed his opportunity as Lashley left the chamber and attacked LA Knight with a chair.
