World Heavyweight Champion has its first defense.

Gunther is the new world heavyweight champion.  He defeated Damian Priest at SummerSlam.  Now, Randy Orton made his presence to announce and remind everyone on what really happened at the King of the Ring finals.  Gunther never did pin Orton cleanly for the victory.  Gunther accepts the challenge and it is official - Gunther will defend his title against Randy Orton at WWE Bash in Berlin.
