Unraveling the Damage: The Toll of bad leadership on Chad Gable

Bad leadership can have far-reaching consequences, affecting morale, productivity, and even the long-term viability of an organization. Chad Gable failed to win the Intercontinental Championship multiple times against Gunther and Sami Zayn.  His frustration took the best of him as he turned heel by attacking newly crowned champion, Sami Zayn.  Then, Gable verbally attacks his own members of the Alpha Academy.  He insulted Maxxine, Otis, and Akira Tozawa for not winning their matches and belittling their in-ring performances.  Gable brings fear to those around him but only time will tell how long the insults and poor leadership will last.
