Cody Rhodes passes on title match

An epic moment took place on Friday Night Smackdown.  Cody Rhodes's desire to become the universal heavyweight championship is still a goal for him but took counsel from the People's Champion, The Rock!  

At WrestleMania 40, it will be The Rock vs Roman Reigns.  However, it is unknown on the stipulation of the match.  

Cody Rhodes will not face Roman Reigns at WrestleMania.  Therefore, it is believable that he will challenge Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship.
