Bad Blood: The Rock and Jimmy returns
The epic match at WWE Bad Blood was CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre. However, the conversation after the main event that everyone is talking about is about the return of The Rock. Here are the following results of Bad Blood and reaction:
CM Punk defeated Drew McIntyre - Hell in a Cell match
This match has to be a close rivalry between these two superstars. Both gave it their all, and the crowd and millions of people watching approved the match. It was epic and entertaining. There is nothing left for these superstars to prove against each other. For CM Punk, he has one enemy that is targeting him. Then again, many backstage may want to challenge him. One in particular would be Seth Rollins. Rollins is out because of Bronson Reed. It is hard to predict how all this will fold. As for Drew McIntyre, it is a mystery. He may want a shot at the world heavyweight championship. Gunther holds the title and will defend it on Monday night Raw against Sami Zayn. However, with Drew suffering a loss, will he stay in Raw or move to Smackdown for a better opportunity?
Nia Jax retains the Women's Championship over Bayley.
It is a matter of time before the fall of Nia Jax. Jax had an assist from the Money in the Bank winner, Tiffany Stratton. After the match, Tiffany's behavior shows anger and confidence that her time will come very soon. On the other hand, Bayley won the match, but the referee was knocked down. She may want a match against Tiffany this Friday on Smackdown.
Damian Priest defeated Finn Balor.
Priest completed his task and followed through despite all odds against him. But, the rivalry is not over.
Liv Morgan retains the Women's World Championship.
Judgment Day has gained another member of the faction. Raquel Rodriguez intervened in the championship match and helped Morgan retain her title over Rhea Ripley. Rodriguez is a former Morgan tag team partner, and it was a surprise to see her return. For Rhea, it was her fault that she did not win the match. She was distracted by hitting Dominik Mysterio like a pinata as he was left hanging upside down from the hanging cell. Expect Ripley vs Rodriguez on Monday night raw.
Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns defeated Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa.
The main event was spectacular. Both Rhodes and Reigns might have won the match, but the ignition lit up as the Bloodline Civil War launched into the Survivor Series.
Jimmy Uso returned and took down the Bloodline outside the ring, allowing Reigns to pin Sikoa for the victory. Then, The Bloodline 2.0 jumped Rhodes. Jimmy convinced Reigns to help, and so they did. Lastly, The Rock made his presence known, staring at Reigns and Rhodes, who was in the middle of the ring. The Rock raised his eyebrows as to say that he disapproved. Then again, who knows exactly what the Rock is thinking!
